Bad blogger!

I’ve been really neglecting my poor blog! It must feel very ignored.
The truth is, this is my last two weeks or so of classes and there is sooo much to do. Meanwhile, I’m trying to keep up with my artwork AND try and remain interested in school.
More posts to come, I promise!

Ten Things I Love About Linocuts

I keep talking about how my style is changing. If you drop by my Etsy shop, you’ll be able to see a big difference between the stuff on the bottom and the stuff on the top. I’m absolutely obsessed with linocuts right now. The medium really inspires me and I’m excited to keep learning more [...]

Richeson Easy-to-Cut Linoleum is Awesome

There’s a pretty loyal following for this little machine, and I can certainly see why! Some of these [...]

Having a Bannerful Day

There’s something about a blog without a banner… it’s like a house without a toaster. Just not complete.
I’m not entirely satisfied with the way it looks right now, though, but it’s good enough for now. At the moment, my style is in serious flux–I started out with a very polished, slick kind of look. It’s [...]

My Digital Camera is Sick

Now that I have messed around with linocuts a bit, my prints have gotten good enough for me to feel comfortable putting them on sale. However, due to the most unfortunate condition of my digital camera, all new posts must wait until I can either buy a new one or borrow my sister’s.
It’s [...]
